Tuesday September 9 & Thursday September 11 Two-Part Reiki Workshop 6:30pm to 9:30pm

Join Reiki Master Steve Shopmaker for this wonderful opportunity to tune into your Life Force Energy to improve health and enhance your quality of life. Reiki is a Japanese form of stress relief and energy therapy that means Universal wisdom Life force energy. Join Steve as he shows us what Reiki energy can accomplish physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Thursday September 18 Practitioner II Training Class Begins 6:30pm -9:30pm

The 30 week class is taught by Rev Karen Paschal and can be taken by students who have successfully completed practitioner I and the pre-requisites leading up to the professional practitioner studies. You can find a description of all of the classes on our education program page.

Friday September 19 7pm Spiritual Cinema

The movie this month Amazing Grace

AMAZING GRACE tells the inspiring story of William Wilberforce and his passion and perseverance to pass a law ending the slave trade in the late 18th century. Several friends including Wilberforce's minister a reformed slave ship captain who penned the beloved hymn Amazing Grace urge him to see the cause through.  An inspiring and uplifting movie sure to leave you feeling good!

Monday September 22 The Essential Ernest Holmes Class begins 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Rev Mark Gilbert will be teaching this fascinating new 10-week class which has just been added to the New Dawn educational curriculum! This class is a loving tribute to Dr. Ernest Holmes and all of the wisdom he brought to our world. There is no prerequisite for this class. In addition, this credit is given for this class for indivduals who will be going forward into Practitioner training under our new educational program.

Rev Karen Paschal will be teaching our new 10-week class that is the basic introduction to the Science of Mind and Spirit. The student is introduced to the Core Concepts of the Science of Mind and Spirit and is taught how to apply these Universal Principles to his/her own life. Meditation and Spiritual Mind Treatment are taught as daily practices.

There is no prerequisite for this class. However, the foundation provided by this class makes it a prerequisite for many of our other classes!
