Karen Paschal is the Senior Minister and Spiritual Director of New Dawn Center for Spiritual Living. She has been described as a visionary, idealist and powerful leader who has led New Dawn Center for Spiritual Living to be a “beacon of hope” not only in the community, but in the world. Through her dedication and commitment to make a difference, the church outreach programs give ongoing support to Gateway Battered Women’s Shelter, Community of Faith projects, and contributes filled backpacks to the children at Crawford Elementary annually.
Mark Gilbert is Assistant Minister and has served New Dawn Center for Spiritual Living since September 2007. Holding a Masters in Consciousness Studies from Holmes Institute, Mark has been instrumental in the development of the Men’s Ministry at New Dawn, teaches classes, assists with Sunday services, works with church marketing, developing partnerships with other communities and a lot more. Mark's writing is occasionally featured in "Science of Mind" magazine. Mark has an interest in the melding of science and spirituality, is trained in Spiral Dynamics and Integral Theory, and has melded them with the teachings of the Science of Mind in workshops he has offered around Colorado.
Rev John has been involved with the philosophy of Science of Mind and Spirit for almost twenty years. His passion is teaching peace as a vehicle to create higher consciousness. After graduating from Holmes Institute in 1996, he functioned as senior minster of the Whole Life Church in Ft. Collins for nine years, taught at the Holmes Institute of Consciousness Studies, and together with his practitioner wife Barbara has worked with many churches to assist them in growth. At New Dawn, Rev John will be working both in an outreach capacity and will also assist in the installation of major programs.
